Dr. Olivia Hart is the founder of Virginia Biological Dentistry in Richmond/Glen Allen, Virginia. She is an IABDM Certified Biological Dentist, ANMCB Board Certified Naturopathic Dentist, and IAOMT Accredited Member, with a Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.

With more than a decade of biological dentistry excellence, Dr. Hart is nationally recognized for her expertise in ceramic dental implants, advanced biological oral surgery, PRF-supported regeneration, and conservative metal-free adhesive dentistry. She trains dentists in immediate ceramic implant placement, biological surgical protocols, and health-focused clinical workflows.

Dr. Sammy Noumbissi is widely recognized as one of the leading educators and clinicians in metal-free ceramic implantology. He is the founder and president of the International Academy of Ceramic Implantology (IAOCI) and has played a major role in advancing education, research, and clinical awareness around zirconia ceramic dental implants.

He earned his dental degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed advanced graduate training in implant dentistry at Loma Linda University, where he received specialized education in implant surgery and implant dentistry.

As a researcher, author, lecturer, and clinician, Dr. Noumbissi has taught dentists nationally and internationally about ceramic implants, bioceramics, zirconia implant systems, and metal-free implant treatment options. His work has helped shape the growth of ceramic implant dentistry as a serious and scientifically grounded field.
