Placement of the patient’s own platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to support immune-driven healing
Immediate placement of a zirconia (ceramic) implant once the site was fully disinfected
After extraction and ceramic implant placement, immediate temporarization with a temporary crown stabilized the implant and enhanced healing.
This approach allowed treatment of the infection while preserving bone and supporting natural healing.
